Q: What if I want to cancel my booking

A booking made online is subject to Our Terms & Conditions . Up until 14 days prior to the rental date, bookings will be fully refunded, with the exception of Paypal / Stripe fees. All cancellations within 13 days prior to departure are non-refundable, unless you or one of your companions are too sick to go on the tour. Please show us a hospital statement and we will refund the booking fee. Otherwise, you can reschedule the tour date free of charge.

Before you start we will lead you through driving and safety instructions. Boats are equipped with GPS locators. All the safety equipment and insurance meet the requirements of Cyprus Marine Police. Our boats are shaded, have a boarding ladder, cooling box and anchor. On demand we can provide you snorkeling equipment.
Boat can be hired only by person older than 25 years with a valid car driving licence(please contact us if you are younger).

  We had a great experience with Kapparis Waterfun. The boat we rented was new, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and easy.   Jet Ski Safari — definitely worth getting up early for 😎🌊 Short briefing, clear communication, and here we go — no wasting time. Alex was leading our group and did a really good job. He actually reads the people behind him — keeps the group together, but if he sees you know what you’re doing, he gives you a bit more freedom to enjoy the ride. That makes a difference. 👍 The route itself is great: coastline, caves, some proper Cyprus Insta spots, and enough time to actually enjoy the jet ski instead of just following in a boring line. Big bonus — Alex was filming us with an Insta360 along the way, including some really cool shots near the caves. 📸🔥 So you don’t have to spend half the safari trying to film yourself instead of riding. Good communication, good vibe, no unnecessary blah blah — briefing, engines on, and off we go. 😎 Great morning on the water. Would definitely do it again. 🤙🌊

  We did a few different activities during our 2 week stay. We took a family boat out to visit the blue lagoon, we were given a detailed briefing on how to use the boat safely and were easily able to keep in contact. We had an amazing morning. We also went on the jet skis a couple of times and loved this. We tried paddle boarding and were looked after very well. All the staff are so friendly and genuinely enjoy helping others get the best they can out of their holiday.

What if the booking is cancelled?

In very rare cases we have to cancel a tour. Due to strong winds or big waves. We will always offer you to go on that tour on a different date. If that is not possible, we will refund the booking fee in full.

Should I have a boat licence?

A valid car licence is required and to be at least 25 years old for the Premium Boat. Please contact us if you are younger.

Can I handle the boat?

Before your departure, you will attend a detailed safety briefing from our crew.

We will teach you anything you need to know, and you will be ready for your trip.

Are fuel expenses included in the price?

Boat is delivered to the customer full of fuel. Fuel consumption is charged extra for half(4h) and full-day(7h or 8h) rentals and is paid by the customer upon return to the meeting point. Fuel for 1(one) and 2(two) hour(s) rentals is included.

Please note that fuel consumption varies based on driving style and speed; therefore, we cannot provide an exact total in advance. As a helpful guide, a trip from the base to the Blue Lagoon and back typically costs approximately €30 in fuel at a steady, medium speed. All fuel is charged at the current market price upon your return.

Are there any limits on where I can go with the boat?

You can go from Kapparis down to the blue lagoon in Cape Greco.

You are allowed to go to the Ayia Napa area ONLY if this is agreed with us upon perfect weather conditions.

If you wish to go further away and visit other islands you could only do this with our professional skipper on request for an extra cost.

Are the boats equipped with sun tent and lifejackets for children?

Starting from the sun protection, all our boats are protected with a bimini top.
So, there is no need to worry about the sun!
Furthemore, all out boats are equipped with life jackets and we also have special ones for our younger friends and babies.

Should I book a boat in advance?

It would be recommended to book a boat at least 3 weeks ahead, especially during the high-season, when the availability is strictly limited.
